We accept returns on unused, unwashed fabrics in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Fabrics that have been altered, cut, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. - Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. - Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will cover the original purchase amount, excluding any initial shipping costs. - Exchanges
